Our Mission

Teamup4life is a mental health project focusing on helping others by being present at sporting events to offer support, encouragement and love. We hope to reach out to the ones who feel hopeless, helpless, and unseen using video submissions, written words and other avenues. Sports is important because they can give you a sense of belonging by simply being there. They remind us that being a community is being a team.
